The first project, the 18-storey, 86-unit Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, will open by 2029. Spanning 320,000 square feet, it will include penthouse floors, double-height units, and over 10,000 square feet of publicly accessible space. Valor is also building the Roche Bobois Tower in downtown St. Petersburg and has completed Skyview and Serena by the Sea in Clearwater.
Aston Martin's design team will ensure each development reflects the brand's signature craftsmanship, materials, and technology. Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman emphasised the aim to translate the exhilaration of driving an Aston Martin into architectural spaces, where textures, leathers, and accents evoke a distinctive ambiance.
Valor CEO Moises Agami expects the three developments to generate over $3 billion in economic impact and create 10,000 jobs. The partners plan bespoke restaurants, lounges, and experiences tailored to each location's heritage. The initiative represents a convergence of automotive luxury and real estate design, promising high-end residences that embody Aston Martin's racing-inspired ethos.
