Having collaborated for nearly five decades across both decorative and architectural ranges, this new agreement marks the next step in a long-standing partnership between the two brands. The move aims to strengthen Artemide's presence in the UK and enhance local support for the architecture and design (A&D) community.
With this partnership, DVL becomes the official UK distributor for Artemide Architectural, ensuring increased product availability, technical expertise, and project assistance nationwide. The company's recently expanded business-to-business team will work closely with Artemide's Milan headquarters to deliver comprehensive support across all stages of the specification process — from design concept through to installation.
Founded in 1981, and headquartered in Sheffield, David Village Lighting has built a strong reputation as a leader in both architectural and decorative lighting solutions. Working throughout the UK and Ireland, the company's eight-strong B2B team provides rapid response times, technical insight, and design know-how, ensuring that each project benefits from precision, quality, and expertise.

The collection includes directional spotlights and flexible profiles, with options across colour temperatures, dimming systems, CRIs, and UGR levels, enabling full adaptability to diverse design needs.
Commenting on the partnership, a spokesperson for DVL said the move "reflects a shared commitment to innovation, quality, and service excellence within the UK lighting industry."
David Village Lighting will now act as the primary point of contact for Artemide Architectural enquiries across the UK, providing dedicated project support and specification guidance for architects, designers, and developers.
