Danish furniture and interior design company Holmris B8 has acquired a Swedish studio, based in Malmö, as part of its ongoing Nordic expansion. The acquisition enhances Holmris B8's operations across Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, allowing closer engagement with Swedish customers.

Addentity Interiör, recognised for its creative and human-centred design approach, will continue operating from Malmö while gaining access to Holmris B8's international network, product portfolio, and sustainability initiatives. Holmris B8 CEO Flemming Windfeld highlighted that the acquisition brings "a talented team and valuable expertise" and aligns closely with the company's methods, supporting its ambition to create functional and inspiring spaces for public and private clients.
Dan Önnerlid, CEO of Addentity Interiör, described the move as "both inspiring and the natural next step" in the company's 14-year growth journey in Sweden. The acquisition reflects Holmris B8's strategic goal to solidify its position as a comprehensive supplier across Nordic markets, combining design excellence, creativity, and operational scale to deliver innovative interiors.
