La Compagnie du Lit has unveiled plans to expand its network from over 100 stores to 150 by 2030, under a strategy focused on enhancing customer experience. The initiative, named "Cap 150," was presented at the brand's annual convention in September, bringing together franchisees, branch managers, and network staff.

La Compagnie du Lit, part of the Finadorm group since 2022, employs more than 400 people and generates around €110 million in turnover. The brand is set to transform its commercial approach through a new brand platform, revamped customer relations process, and an evolved store concept aimed at delivering a "tailor-made" in-store experience with personalised advice and product recommendations.
CEO Laurent Marguerettaz, who took over in September 2024, said the strategy focuses on customer needs, comfort, and trust, while leveraging the company's product expertise. A participatory approach involving workshops and customer behaviour studies will guide implementation, with innovative traffic measurement tools enabling store managers to monitor performance.
The "Cap 150" project aims to strengthen La Compagnie du Lit's position in the French bedding market while adapting its model to evolving consumer expectations.
