Piers joined Novy at a time when colleagues still rode the iconic colorful Novy bikes through the production area. Since then, he has developed into a key figure within the company, known for his analytical sharpness, strategic vision, and attention to detail. His Atoma notebook and passion for precision became symbolic of his working method.
In addition to his operational contribution, Piers was known as a true connector. He knew the names of almost all employees and guided many in their professional growth. Under his leadership, Novy further strengthened its culture of people-oriented work, with employees always taking center stage.
