Franke UK confirmed that its sinks, taps, and appliances remain available through its two direct distributors.

Franke UK confirmed that its sinks, taps, and appliances remain available through its two direct distributors, Sinks & Things in England and Wales and Forth & Clyde in Scotland, with Bodel and Gowan Home continuing operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Craig McIntyre, managing director of Franke UK, said: "We have systems in place and are working very hard to ensure customers can transition quickly and smoothly to our two direct distribution businesses."

Lighting specialist Sensio also expressed regret over Waterline's closure and assured retailers of continued support through its existing distribution network. Michael Linsky, managing director, stated: "Our priority is ensuring continuity of supply, service, and support for all our customers."

InSinkErator, a partner of Waterline for over 30 years, highlighted alternative distribution options and stock availability to maintain uninterrupted supply. Similarly, Aga Rangemaster confirmed collaboration to fulfil outstanding orders and directed future enquiries to Häfele for its full cooker range. House of Rohl advised retailers to contact its customer service for assistance with any product difficulties.

The coordinated response from multiple suppliers aims to stabilise the market and safeguard retailers amid the disruption caused by Waterline's administration.
