Circular office furniture provider Nornorm has raised €50 million from its existing investors — including Verdane, Banco Santander, Inter IKEA, and Philian AB, to accelerate expansion of its furniture-as-a-service platform across Europe.

The Ikea-backed startup refurbishes and reuses office furniture to reduce waste, claiming its model can cut CO₂ emissions by up to 70% compared with traditional ownership. The new funding, led through Verdane's Idun I impact fund, will support AI-driven optimisation of refurbishment cycles and logistics.
Founded in 2020, Nornorm has equipped over 360,000 m² of office space for companies such as Netflix, Holland & Barrett, and Electrolux, generating €14 million in annual revenue and targeting profitability across its core markets in 2026.
CEO Anders Munk Jepsen said the financing strengthens Nornorm's position as a European frontrunner in the circular economy, combining sustainability with scalable growth.
