CTP, Europe's largest listed industrial and logistics property developer, has announced that Moemax, part of the XXXLutz Group, has leased a 5,300-sqm logistics facility at CTPark Bucharest South. The park is strategically positioned between Bucharest's inner ring road and the new A0 motorway, offering prime connectivity for distribution.

Moemax selected the site due to the immediate availability of space, its building specifications, and its location less than 20 minutes from the retailer's new store. CTP's flexibility in meeting specific operational requirements and its swift leasing process were also key factors.
Cristina Manea, Business Developer at CTP Romania, said the deal highlights the park's "strategic value" and reinforces its role as a growing hub for retail and logistics players.
CTPark Bucharest South provides direct access to the A2 motorway, ensuring efficient transport links to the Port of Constanța. With ongoing expansion, including a 54,000-sqm facility set to open by year-end, the park continues to attract businesses seeking scalable logistics solutions.
In Romania, CTP holds over 3 million sqm of A-class industrial space across major hubs such as Arad, Brașov, Bucharest, Craiova, Oradea, Sibiu and Timișoara.
