Founded in 1974, Jourdain has built a strong reputation among distributors through competitive pricing and a diversified product range. Integrating Jourdain into JJA's portfolio, which includes brands such as Atmosphera, Hespéride, and 5five, is expected to generate commercial and operational synergies, particularly in international markets where JJA is seeking accelerated growth.
Jacques-Olivier Abiteboul, JJA's chairman, said the acquisition "fits fully with our 2030 strategic roadmap" and aims to enrich JJA's Christmas offering while leveraging the complementary product ranges to provide retailers with an expanded selection.
With 2,400 employees and €1.2 billion in annual revenue, the family-owned group reinforces its status as a major player in the home equipment and decoration sector.
