The growth is attributed to increased customer numbers, improved revenue per customer, and the strategic acquisition of 54 stores, four warehouses, and the Carpetright brand intellectual property. This move expanded Tapi's geographic presence across previously underserved regions in the UK while preserving over 350 jobs.
The company highlighted disciplined cost control, waste reduction, and operational improvements as key drivers of profitability. Targeted capital investments were made to support future growth, allowing the business to scale efficiently and enhance long-term competitiveness.
Tapi also reported double-digit positive like-for-like revenue and gross margin growth in the first half of 2025, indicating continued momentum. The company emphasised that its success reflects a strong proposition and a consistent focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience across all stages of the buying journey.
