Topps Tiles Group has reported a record year of turnover, with total group sales rising 17.7% year-on-year to approximately £296 million following its acquisition of the CTD Tiles brand. The company's strong performance extended across its entire portfolio, including Topps Tiles, Parkside, Online Pure Play, and CTD, with growth accelerating to 7.7% in the second half of the year from 3% in the first half. Topps also anticipates higher adjusted gross margins in the latter half of the year.

The CTD acquisition, which was approved by the Competition and Markets Authority in April, contributed significantly to overall growth. Topps describes 2025 as a key step towards its "Mission 365" goal of reaching £365 million in group sales in the medium term.

Leadership changes are underway, with Alex Jensen joining as CEO delegate to work alongside outgoing CEO Rob Parker until the end of the year, ensuring a smooth transition. The company expressed confidence in maintaining momentum and growing sales into 2026, citing strategic progress, improving trading conditions, and a strong balance sheet.
