Over two inspiring days, 5–6 November 2025, the Benelux workplace design community will gather to explore how multi-sensory design is reshaping the way we work.
Alongside 150+ international exhibitors, visitors will experience interactive features and installations created by M Moser Associates, Biophilic Design Academy, Casper Schwarz Architects, UNS, Mecanoo, and Tank Design.
The event will also host the FRAME Awards, celebrating excellence in design and innovation across the industry.
The conference programme will feature 140+ influential speakers from leading architecture, design, and occupier brands, including UNS, OMA, MVRDV, Gensler, Amazon, Arcadis, Booking.com, Adidas, ABN AMRO, and many others.
With global names such as Vepa, Pedrali, Kvadrat, Interface, Tarkett, Interstuhl, Andreu World, Kettal, mdd, Palmberg, Sedus, Artifort, Casala, Bulo, Cascando, Nowy Styl, Rockfon, Mute, K+N, Humanscale, Vitra, and many more, the exhibition floor will present an extraordinary mix of product launches, collaborations, and sustainable solutions.

Tarkett – Lino Materiale
Tarkett presents Lino Materiale: a fresh take on linoleum with a tactile, textile-inspired surface. This new design direction brings warmth and depth to commercial interiors, combining timeless aesthetics with the proven sustainability of linoleum. Made from 96% natural ingredients—including 83% renewable and bio-based content—and produced in a carbon-negative facility, Lino Materiale reflects Tarkett's commitment to circular design and low environmental impact. Visitors to their stand will have the opportunity to experience the collection up close and discover how it supports the creation of healthy, sustainable spaces.
Vepa & Ineke Hans – Wireworks
Vepa and Ineke Hans present Wireworks: a modular room-in-room solution designed as a stylish oasis in open spaces. Dutch sustainable furniture manufacturer Vepa introduces this contemporary workspace concept to offer calmness and flexibility in open-plan offices. In collaboration with designer Ineke Hans, they developed a modular piece that supports diverse working styles while creating a rare sense of comfort. Inspired by the structure and intimacy of a caravan, Wireworks features an open architecture with round, window-like openings and integrated sills—bringing a homely, familiar feeling to the workplace.
Interface – In The Mix
At their stand, Interface will showcase In The Mix, their latest LVT collection. Responding to the demand for terrazzo-inspired flooring without the complexity of traditional terrazzo, this modular tile solution offers flexibility and design freedom. Available in six neutral colours—from the cool tones of Oyster to the warm depth of Cavern—the palette delivers versatile design possibilities. With a 4.5 mm thickness and Interface's Sound Choice+™ backing, In The Mix offers best-in-class impact sound reduction. Waves is an acoustic curtain developed by Kvadrat Acoustics to support the growing focus on adaptive reuse and the transformation of industrial and commercial sites into multipurpose environments. Seamlessly integrating into existing structures, Waves offers flexible acoustic solutions that create private, comfortable spaces within larger settings. The collection is Greenguard Gold certified and carries the EU Ecolabel. Kvadrat will also present its latest acoustic wall and ceiling applications, alongside new upholstery and curtain fabrics.
Humanscale – Freedom Chair
Humanscale will present the iconic Freedom Chair. Designed to move with the user, it redefines ergonomic seating by automatically adjusting to body movements—delivering maximum support and comfort without complex mechanisms.
