Ahead of its 2025/26 fiscal year, Swiss Krono has announced changes to its executive structure. Peter Wijnbergen will step down as CEO and concentrate on the company's strategy and operations in North America, a region gaining importance following the acquisition of the Klamath Falls, Oregon, plant.

The group's executive team will now consist of four members. Mauro Capozzo will combine his management of the Menznau (SKCH) plant with group-wide responsibility for sales. Maciej Karnicki takes charge of operations across the group, while Andreas Gerber continues as CFO. Wijnbergen will oversee all North American activities.
The restructuring reflects Swiss Krono's strategic priorities and regional focus, particularly the growing significance of the North American market. The company aims to leverage the new leadership framework to streamline decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and capitalise on recent acquisitions.
