SoCoo'c expands in Paris with strategic new store

SoCoo'c has strengthened its Parisian presence with the opening of a 110 m² store near Saint-Lazare station, in the 8th arrondissement. The franchise is led by former SoCoo'c employees Allan Eury and Samy James, who bring over five years of experience to the venture. The new store aims to address the specific constraints of Parisian housing by offering layouts that optimise limited space, such as tall furniture and customised designs.

The location was chosen for its high footfall and commercial synergy, with proximity to the metro and DIY stores. 'We noticed that the Saint-Lazare district had one of the highest traffic rates in the city,' Eury explained. The duo have recruited an architect and a business management professional to support the project, ensuring both functional and efficient design for customers.

This opening marks a milestone for the Fournier group brand, which now operates over 200 stores across France, including four in Paris. The new outlet reflects SoCoo'c's strategy of combining experience, strategic positioning, and tailored solutions to meet urban living demands.
