Giorgetti secures new investment partners to accelerate global growth

Italian high-end design brand Giorgetti has been acquired by a consortium of investors led by Solida Capital, including Alsara Investment Group and Vivium. The consortium takes over from private equity firm Progressio SGR, which had managed the Group since 2015.

The new partnership aims to reinforce Giorgetti's growth trajectory by combining shared passion for design, craftsmanship and luxury. The entire management team, headed by CEO Giovanni del Vecchio, will remain in place, with the new shareholders joining the board of directors.

"Over the past decade, Giorgetti has grown exponentially, developing from a product brand into a fully-fledged lifestyle brand and doubling its sales. This process has consolidated our international presence and expanded our product portfolio, due in part to the acquisition of the Battaglia brand. With the new corporate structure, we are ready to further strengthen our identity by continuing to invest in excellence, innovation and internationalisation," said Giovanni del Vecchio, CEO Giorgetti Group.

Alsara Investment Group, founded in 2017 by global business leader Rachid Mohamed Rachid, focuses on investing in the creative industries, particularly luxury. Its portfolio spans fashion, furniture, accessories, jewellery and other premium sectors.

Solida Capital is a private asset management platform specialising in originating, structuring and managing exclusive private equity and real estate deals. Its model provides investors with direct access to high-conviction opportunities.

Vivium, established in 2017 by Lebanese-French entrepreneur and art patron Elie Khouri, manages a curated portfolio of investments across design, art, real estate, hospitality and ventures. With strong ties to luxury brands, it has established a presence in the UAE, KSA, UK, Greece and Spain.

The strategic acquisition marks a new chapter for Giorgetti, a brand synonymous with Italian design excellence and international lifestyle appeal. By aligning with investors dedicated to luxury and creative industries, Giorgetti is set to further expand its global footprint and reinforce its role as a leader in high-end interiors.
