MEDITE MR PLUS, a white-primed moisture-resistant MDF, eliminates additional priming, cutting material and labour costs. In practice, it can reduce project timelines by up to 2.5 days and deliver cost savings of 13%. Its UV-cured coating provides a smooth base for both water- and solvent-based paints, ensuring high-quality finishes.

MEDITE OPTIMA offers enhanced density, machinability, and surface quality, making it suitable for detailed routing, shaker doors, and decorative beading. John Penny Bespoke Joinery in Scotland praised its stability and compatibility with water-based paints for high-end projects.

Sustainably sourced from Irish forests, MEDITE SMARTPLY MDF panels combine 40% wood chip with 60% by-products, resulting in smooth, durable, and environmentally conscious panels. Moisture-resistant MDF not only withstands splashes and humidity without warping but also contributes to carbon storage, reinforcing sustainability in kitchens, bathrooms, and timber-framed homes.

These innovative MDF solutions enable joiners to balance efficiency, quality, and sustainability, meeting both industry pressures and consumer expectations.
