A new Ixina franchise opened on 1 August in Férin, near Douai, led by José Metaoui, an experienced professional in kitchen design. Metaoui, who has over ten years of sector experience and a background in mass distribution and interior design, pursued the opening to realise his independent entrepreneurial project.

The store features a co-creation space and a materials library, enabling customers to design personalised kitchens. Metaoui said Ixina was the ideal partner, citing its "personalised German-made kitchens, pricing transparency and tailor-made support" as aligning with his vision.
According to a press release, Metaoui's philosophy combines "rigour, tailor-made service and interpersonal skills" to foster lasting customer relationships. The Douai franchise aims to offer a "dynamic, modern, and distinctive" shopping experience, emphasising collaboration and inspiration through its participatory spaces.
The opening marks an expansion of Ixina's presence in the region, strengthening its reputation for combining design expertise with customer-focused service.
