The Bathroom Association has announced the winners of its 2025 Thirty-under-Thirty Awards, celebrating the next generation of bathroom industry talent at a Gala Dinner held on Wednesday, 17 September.

Now in its second year, the initiative recognises individuals under thirty who are already making a significant impact across the sector, whether through commercial leadership, innovative design, operations, marketing, sales, or technical excellence.
Association Chief Executive Daphne Doody-Green praised the awardees for their "unmatched enthusiasm and commitment to shaping the bathroom industry of tomorrow." She added: "These winners exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, innovate with intention, and elevate our industry through fresh thinking. It's not just about age, it's about impact, and every one of these individuals is delivering it in spades."
Nominees were assessed by an independent judging panel against three key criteria:
- Growth within their business – measurable achievements and increased responsibility
- Future potential – evidence of drive, learning, and leadership development
- Peer recognition – endorsements from colleagues, customers, and managers
The 2025 list highlights thirty professionals whose work is already driving positive change and whose future contributions are set to strengthen the bathroom manufacturing industry further.
Winners include representatives from leading companies such as:
- Villeroy and Boch – Maycie Raddon, Aaron Jarvis, Sam Cassidy
- Triton Showers – Laura Lister, Brett Parlour, Callum McCurry, Lewis Brocklehurst
- Bristan – Megan Robinson, Charlotte Barclay, Lea Butrova
- Geberit – William Tymon, Joshua Holdsworth, Sophie Chilton
- Kohler Mira – Jake Blagden, Joe Marsh, Lucy Whiteley, Sophie Chance
- Vado – Tom Ross, Ruby Packham
Plus awardees from Fitzroy of London, Sonas, Altecnic, TECE Ltd, R-TECH, Siamp, Merlyn Showers, KWC, Lecico, and Lakes. The winners represent a diverse range of roles—from engineering to marketing and finance—showcasing the breadth of skills shaping the future of the bathroom industry.
The Bathroom Association stated that the Thirty-under-Thirty initiative not only recognises excellence but also supports the sector's long-term growth by shining a light on its rising stars.
