Design duo Muller Van Severen, known for their sculptural approach at the intersection of art and design, announce a series of major launches: their first official webshop, a new showroom near Ghent, and two fresh collaborations with HAY and BD Barcelona x KASSL Editions.

From October 2025, fans worldwide can purchase Muller Van Severen's pieces directly via the new webshop, with each design handmade in Belgium by skilled artisans. Complementing this, the duo will open a by-appointment-only showroom outside Ghent, offering an intimate experience for collectors, architects, and design enthusiasts.
"The webshop allows us to share our work more directly, while the showroom will create a space for encounters, where people can feel the scale, the texture, and the presence of each piece," say founders Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen.
Alongside these milestones, the designers debut two major product launches:
- Pillow Sofa (BD Barcelona x KASSL Editions): First introduced in 2021, the modular cushion-based sofa is relaunched in black lacquer cotton, KASSL's signature material. BD Barcelona has reworked the piece with simplified assembly, six fabric options, and a bolder modular structure, blending fashion and design in a statement of comfort and playfulness.
- Perforated Cabinet (HAY): A striking storage system in powder-coated steel, available in floor-standing and wall-mounted versions. Its perforated grid surface balances transparency and concealment, offering a fresh take on shelving that is both sculptural and functional.
With these launches, Muller Van Severen reaffirm their place at the forefront of contemporary design: celebrating colour, materiality, and form while expanding global access to their work.
