Just a few days ago, Trendteam GmbH & Co. KG faced an uncertain future. Yet through decisive change and operational restructuring, the company is now ready to demonstrate its strength and innovation at M.O.W. 2025. The management team of Marcel Vorsmann, Gert Coopmann, and Sebastian Dubbert has guided the company through this transformation, combining their expertise across DIY and multichannel sales, stationary retail, and e-commerce.
'We've used the restructuring phase to reposition ourselves operationally and revitalise our product portfolio,' says Marcel Vorsmann, managing director and head of DIY and promotional sales. 'Over the next few days, we're excited to show the market what we're capable of.'

Broad range, diverse channels
Trendteam's success lies in offering a diverse product range while serving multiple distribution channels. 'Our assortment is very broad. We are active in all product categories apart from kitchens and upholstery. What is also typical for us is that we have a very diverse customer base,' Marcel explains.
The company operates entirely on a business-to-business model, supplying e-commerce platforms, DIY stores, mail-order companies, and stationary furniture retailers. Around twenty per cent of turnover comes from international markets, particularly in Benelux, France, and the Netherlands, with steady growth expected year on year.
Fast delivery, close collaboration
Trendteam differentiates itself through rapid dropshipping and a collaborative approach to product development. 'We can dropship our whole assortment quite fast,' Marcel says. Parcels within Germany are delivered in three to five working days, while larger items requiring two-person handling arrive in seven to fourteen days.
Equally important is Trendteam's commitment to working closely with clients on product design. 'We base a lot of our product development on exchange with our customers. Every customer has a personal field agent, and they can work together with us to develop products that are a right fit for them,' he explains. This approach ensures the company not only follows trends but often sets them.

Innovation at M.O.W. 2025
M.O.W. provides a key platform for showcasing Trendteam's innovations. 'While we develop products all year round, M.O.W. is important because you get feedback from everyone at once for your product,' says Marcel. The company will present refreshed bestsellers in trendy colourways alongside new concepts reflecting evolving furniture consumption patterns, such as modular storage solutions replacing traditional large wall units.
For Marcel and his team, success at the fair is measured by both insight and impact. 'A trade fair is successful when you leave smarter than you were before. If we can lay the base for this at the trade fair, then it's already a success.'
Trendteam's robust management, diverse portfolio, and client-focused development model position it as a reliable and innovative partner for businesses across Germany and Europe. Emerging from uncertainty, the company is now ready to shape trends, and demonstrate that resilience and creativity go hand in hand.
