Koelnmesse is expanding its international reach in 2025 with a series of new trade fair launches, underlining its strategy to strengthen leading brands in dynamic global markets. The highlight comes with the debut of ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia, opening on 16 September 2025 in Riyadh, created in partnership with dmg events. Building on the legacy of ORGATEC in Cologne, the event will focus on workplace design, office furnishings and future-oriented working environments.

The launch follows the success of FSB Sports Show Riyadh and International Hardware Fair Saudi Arabia, both held in June 2025, which together attracted 13,110 trade visitors. Gerald Böse, Chief Executive Officer of Koelnmesse GmbH, commented: "I am delighted that our recent trade fair premieres in Saudi Arabia have been so well received for their scale, the quality of participation and the business opportunities they have created, and that they have quickly secured their place in the Saudi trade fair calendar."
The FSB Sports Show has already established itself as Saudi Arabia's largest trade event for sports infrastructure and leisure facilities, aligning with the government's Vision 2030 programme and demand for professional venues ahead of major events such as the 2029 Asian Winter Games and the 2034 FIFA World Cup. The International Hardware Fair Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, addressed a market worth around eleven billion US dollars.

By the end of 2025, Koelnmesse will have launched six more international trade fairs, including ORGATEC India, interzum jakarta and the International Hardware Fair Indonesia, while continuing to attract global exhibitors back to Cologne.
