A UK furniture manufacturer has delivered another year of solid turnover, reporting sales of £10.2m for the year ending 30 November 2024, only slightly below the £10.3m achieved in 2023.

While product sales dipped for Repose Furniture, from £10.2m to £9.2m, service and repairs revenue grew by 493%, rising from £134,000 to £795,000. Sales in the UK and Ireland eased to £10m, but exports almost doubled from £112,000 to £204,000.
Pre-tax profit fell from £868,000 to £609,000, though net assets increased from £8.8m to £9.4m, supported by the relocation to a larger manufacturing facility. The business said its order book remains strong, with the conversion of these orders into production and delivery marked as a top priority.
