The DIY Warehouse drives growth with new identity and logistics boost

L'Entrepôt du Bricolage, the SAMSE group's DIY brand, has unveiled a new signature in 2025: "Smile, you're DIYing!" Designed to highlight proximity, accessibility and expert advice, the message reflects the company's strategy of enhancing the customer experience while expanding nationally.

Founded in 1974 in Isère, the brand has built its reputation on supporting DIY enthusiasts of all levels with tailored products, in-store guidance and attentive service. Its customer relations centre in Brézins, recently expanded in hours, illustrates this focus on availability and personalised assistance.

To strengthen its operations, the company has invested in a 56,000 m² logistics platform, enabling daily store supply and nationwide home delivery within 48 hours, or 24 hours to collection points. This infrastructure underpins the growth of its e-commerce site and extends its reach beyond its traditional base in southeastern France.

Around 40 Brico collection points integrated into SAMSE agencies further broaden territorial coverage. With nearly 20,000 references available through multiple channels, L'Entrepôt du Bricolage aims to consolidate its role as a major player in France's DIY retail sector, maintaining momentum despite a slowing market.
