Tomasz Kobierski has resigned as President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP, effective 15 September 2025. The Supervisory Board has accepted his resignation and appointed Marcin Bilik, Vice President since September 2024, to serve as acting CEO until a new president is elected.

Tomasz Kobierski has been president of MTP for 18 years.
Kobierski has been with MTP since 1998, initially directing key trade fairs including POLAGRA FOOD, DREMA, and FURNICA. He joined the Management Board in 2007 and became President in 2020. A graduate of Poznań University of Economics, he also completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
During his tenure, Kobierski held leadership roles in industry associations, including president of the CENTREX Association and chairman of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry. He also serves on the board of directors of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and chairs the organising committee of the Cavaliada Tour, Poland's largest equestrian event.
Marcin Bilik, the interim CEO, brings nearly 30 years of management experience, having held senior positions at Amica SA and other companies, and is noted for his expertise in strategy, operations, and event management.
