From 21 to 25 September 2025, the Messezentrum Bad Salzuflen will once again host M.O.W., Europe's key trade fair for the furniture industry. With a strong profile as a compact and efficient business platform, the event remains unique across the continent, bringing together suppliers, brands and buyers in one central marketplace.

This year's edition features 553 exhibitors from 39 countries, an increase on the 535 from 40 nations in 2024. Germany leads representation, followed by Poland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy, France, China, Lithuania and Turkey. With 60 percent of exhibitors from abroad and a floor space of 85,000 sqm, M.O.W. provides an unrivalled scope for order business.
The trade fair is broadening its profile with new exhibitors and internationally recognised names such as SCHÖNER WOHNEN-Collection, Kare, Jan Kurtz, Bizzotto, Stern, Hartman and Ronald Schmitt. This shift adds greater weight in the higher-quality segment, while continuing to serve the core market with self-service and young living manufacturers.
The organisers stress the fair's role as a stabilising force during turbulent times. "The trade fair is here! – In 2025 this motto characterises our whole performance. With the colour yellow we are consciously focusing on a strong symbol for optimism, energy and new beginnings. And this is exactly the mission of this trade fair: to give an overview, to promote exchange and to create orientation," said Maximilian Richter, project manager of the M.O.W.
"The strength of the M.O.W. is the proximity to the market – the active partnership with exhibitors and visitors – and its clear profile. We closely monitor the developments, react purposefully and translate the needs of this sector to a strong trade fair format. This creates trust and continuity. The M.O.W. is and remains: the trade fair of this industry for this industry," added Bernd Schäfermeier, managing director of Messe Ostwestfalen.
With guests from 73 countries recorded last year and similar international participation expected for 2025, M.O.W. underscores its position as one of Europe's most important ordering events – and a vital link to global suppliers.
For the region of East Westphalia-Lippe, the fair is also a major economic driver, drawing thousands of international visitors to hotels, restaurants and local businesses. For five days, Bad Salzuflen will become the furniture capital of Europe.
