Redoffice Konpap, which acquired Vines Erhvervsmøbler in April, has moved its operations into Vines' premises in the western part of the city. The companies will continue to operate under their own brands but describe the arrangement as a "merger with independence".

Vines Erhvervsmøbler, founded in 1992, will maintain its focus on furniture and interior design, including its own Scandesign brand and products from Danish and international manufacturers. Meanwhile, Redoffice Konpap will retain its portfolio of office supplies, packaging, cleaning products and catering.

According to Redoffice Konpap's Peter Rasmussen, the move allows the firms to operate "as one company" while preserving individual strengths, ultimately offering customers "an even more complete solution, everything under one roof".

The acquisition and shared headquarters are intended to strengthen Redoffice Konpap's position in north-west Jutland's market for professional interior design solutions.
