The 57th China International Furniture Fair (CIFF) Guangzhou is set to take place across two phases: March 18–21 and March 28–31, 2026, reinforcing its position as a key platform for global furniture industry transformation. Amid shifting market demands and complex international trade dynamics, CIFF Guangzhou has emerged as the definitive solution platform for industry growth, uniting manufacturers, designers, and buyers worldwide.

Reflecting on CIFF Guangzhou's previous success, the organisers highlight that CIFF 2025 welcomed over 4,900 exhibitors and 363,000 professional visitors from 187 countries, including 56,794 overseas attendees, representing a 10.91% year-on-year increase. The fair demonstrated its capacity to stabilise foreign trade, boost market demand, and establish new benchmarks for the global furniture sector.

Under the theme "Connect, Create", CIFF Guangzhou 2026 aims to advance its strategic response to an evolving furniture ecosystem. Enterprises are navigating dual export-to-domestic and domestic-to-export strategies, while international buyers respond to U.S. tariffs and European environmental regulations. Consumer demand increasingly drives innovation in smart homes, green homes, senior-friendly homes, and pet-friendly interiors, integrating online and offline retail experiences.

CIFF Guangzhou 2026 focuses on three core areas:

  • Industry Chain – Breaking Boundaries and Forging Growth: Expanding beyond traditional furniture, the fair includes elderly-friendly furnishings, bamboo and eco-friendly materials, medical and care environments, smart office systems, innovative upholstery, and pet furniture.
  • Value Chain – Design Renewal and Quality Enhancement: Enhanced halls such as the Contemporary Design Fair, Trendy Design Hall, and Original Design Hall foster design-industry integration. The prestigious CD Awards continue to recognise excellence and encourage innovation.
  • Ecosystem Chain – Global and Local Connectivity: The fair strengthens regional industrial cluster cooperation and international partnerships, targeting buyers across home renovation, commercial projects, e-commerce, and Belt and Road regions, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Highlights include a Home Furniture Exhibition (~430,000 m²) with smart sleep technology and cross-border e-commerce capabilities; an Office and Commercial Space Exhibition (~240,000 m²) emphasising sustainable, low-carbon solutions; and CIFM/Interzum Guangzhou (~170,000 m²) showcasing intelligent equipment, CMF innovations, and integrated hardware solutions.

CIFF Guangzhou remains the essential bridge linking manufacturing to consumption, domestic to international trade, and production to research, exemplifying its motto "Chinese Smart Manufacturing + Global Sharing". By leveraging Chinese manufacturing excellence alongside international collaboration, the 2026 edition positions itself as a catalyst for sustainable growth and global furniture industry leadership.
