Managing director Barry Head stated that deliveries to Waterline's Newport Pagnell depot have been temporarily paused due to Waterline's financial difficulties. He reassured employees and customers that the company is seeking clarity while Waterline explores its options.
Waterline CEO Michael Marriott, Head's brother, confirmed the company is seeking external investment to secure its future. "Like many in our sector, we are currently facing cashflow pressures and are carefully reviewing our options," he said. "These steps are part of a broader strategy to build a stronger, more resilient business."
