French e-commerce has confirmed its strong market position, according to the latest quarterly barometer from the French Federation of E-commerce and Distance Selling (Fevad). Traditional distribution platforms remain competitive, with Booking.com, E.Leclerc, and Vinted securing spots in the top six. Shein marked the most notable rise, climbing to eighth place after adding over 2 million monthly visitors.
The report also highlights a major shift to mobile, with mobile browsing now representing between 70% of activity at Leroy Merlin and over 90% at Lidl, confirming the growing dominance of mobile shopping habits in France.
