Mäusbacher signals resilience during self-administration

Mäusbacher Möbelfabrik has completed its first week of preliminary insolvency proceedings under self-administration, reporting a positive start. The company highlighted strong support from customers, suppliers, and partners. The management said this 'trust and the close cooperation with our business partners encourage us to continue on our path with full energy and reliability.'

Operations continue without disruption, with goods being picked up and delivered as usual and production maintaining its "high quality." Any complaints are handled promptly, while employees have been recognised for their "great commitment" in ensuring consistency and reliability.

Despite the ongoing insolvency process, Mäusbacher will maintain its presence at industry trade fairs, including the upcoming MOW and Musterring exhibitions in September. The company reaffirmed its commitment to remaining "a reliable partner" and sustaining successful collaborations with its network.

The positive interim results suggest that Mäusbacher is navigating its financial restructuring with minimal impact on operations, signalling stability to stakeholders and the wider furniture market.
