Object Carpet has stepped onto the world stage with a striking creation for the renowned Cullberg Ballet. For choreographer Ligia Lewis's production "Some Thing Folk," the company produced a 10 x 12-metre carpet in its luxurious "Maxime" quality, in the vivid shade of Royal Blue.

The deep, shimmering blue transforms the stage into what the company describes as "a mesmerising landscape of beings, spirits, and monsters," complementing the avant-garde vision of the performance. The Maxime carpet, known for being voluminous, super-soft, and durable, adds texture and light play that enhances the theatrical experience.
Following its world premiere in Berlin, "Some Thing Folk" is set for its Swedish premiere at Klarascenen in Stockholm, bringing both the choreography and Object Carpet's craftsmanship to new audiences.
