The Romanian furniture sector is set to shine on the global stage as BIFE-SIM 2025 returns to Romexpo from 18–21 September 2025, bringing together manufacturers, designers, architects, suppliers, and opinion leaders for four days of inspiration, innovation, and networking.

A benchmark edition, Pavilion B2 is already fully booked, and the Romexpo outdoor area will also feature exhibitors. The event promises a dynamic professional hub where 'Romanian craftsmanship meets cutting-edge design and innovation.' Top manufacturers, visionary designers, and equipment and accessory suppliers will showcase their latest creations to both domestic and international audiences.
BIFE-SIM 2025 offers three dedicated stages with conferences, workshops, and live demonstrations, highlighting product launches and emerging trends. Visitors will "meet the makers, feel the craft, [and] live the design," as manufacturers display staged collections and distributors present high-performance equipment and accessories. Professionals will explore future directions in furniture design, including sustainable solutions, personalised design, smart technologies, and innovative production methods.
On the first day, the Main Stage will host renowned industry professionals alongside guests from related sectors. Friday features ARDI TALKS@BIFE-SIM, a marathon conference and debate organised by the Romanian Association for Design and Innovation (ARDI) in celebration of Romanian Design Day. Additionally, the most inspiring entries from the 22nd National Furniture Design Competition – CNDM 2025 will be awarded. Saturday and Sunday will be dedicated to presentations by exhibitors.
Parallel activities include the Focus Stage, hosting university-led conferences, and Atelierele ILBAH interactive presentations on Saturday. The Demo Stage, located outdoors, will feature continuous live demonstrations.
The exhibition aims to connect brands with new partners and investors, bringing together thousands of professionals while offering direct access to the latest trends and business opportunities. Organised in strategic partnership with ROMEXPO, the Romanian Furniture Manufacturers Association (APMR), and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, BIFE-SIM addresses both professionals and enthusiasts of interior design.
