The company shared the news on Facebook, stating: 'After many years in the furniture industry, we have made the difficult decision to close Null Furniture.'

Founded in the 1970s, Null Furniture became known for its small-scale, stylish tables designed for modern living spaces, combining quality craftsmanship with personalised service. Despite operating with only two full-time employees, the company maintained a strong presence at the High Point Market and cultivated a loyal customer base.

Leadership was shared by siblings Aaron Williams and Nina Sadowski, who became co-CEOs in the 1990s. Williams managed product development and e-commerce, while Sadowski oversaw sales, customer service, and finance. Together, they focused on thoughtfully scaled furniture that appealed to both retailers and consumers.

As operations wind down, Null Furniture continues to sell remaining inventory through its warehouse, with contact and ordering details available on nullfurniture.com. The company expressed gratitude to its customers, stating it has been 'more than furniture — it's been about relationships, trust and community.'

The closure marks the end of a long-standing presence in the American furniture industry while offering a final opportunity for customers to purchase from its remaining stock.
