BSH, a Bosch Group company and Europe's leading manufacturer of household appliances, announced the appointment on LinkedIn, noting Ollien's "extensive experience in the world of household appliances". In his statement, Ollien described the role as "a new challenge" and expressed his commitment to putting his "energy and experience at the service of the group's brands, products, customers and employees".
Under his leadership, BSH France aims to strengthen the positioning of its brands — Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau — in a competitive and evolving market. Ollien emphasised the need to "reaffirm the added value" of the company's products and services and work alongside distribution partners to "restore value to the market".
BSH operates nearly 80 companies across 50 countries, with over 62,000 employees and around 40 factories worldwide. In France, the company runs sites in Saint-Ouen, Tournan-en-Brie, and Lipsheim, covering operations from logistics and after-sales to research and development and production for its premium Gaggenau brand.
