Seldens Designer Home Furnishings, a fourth-generation Puget Sound retailer, has acquired longtime Bellevue retailer Schoenfeld Interiors. Seldens has now officially moved from its Main Street location and relocated to the Northup Way showroom and is now open.

General Manager Jake Cross emphasised the alignment between the two businesses, saying 'There's a strong overlap in our design philosophy, product lines, and above all, in how we serve clients.' Seldens will manage delivery of outstanding client orders and refresh the showroom ahead of its reopening.
The new 17,000-square-foot location offers improved visibility, parking, and a more convenient shopping experience compared to Seldens' previous mixed-use site at 10708 Main Street. The company will continue to provide personalised in-home design consultations, collaboration with experienced professionals, and access to customisable furniture collections.
Scott Selden, third-generation co-owner, highlighted the historical significance, noting that the family's patriarch began his career in a Schoenfeld store. Bob Schoenfeld said the acquisition allows him to retire "knowing my clients and team are in good hands." The grand opening is scheduled for 11 October, marking a new chapter for Seldens in Bellevue.
