Iserlohn-based fittings manufacturer Dornbracht has announced a leadership shift following the departure of Christian Ennenbach, who had shared management duties with Caroline Schmitt since January 2025. The company confirmed that the decision to part ways was made "by mutual agreement in consultation with the shareholders."

Caroline Schmitt will now assume sole management of the company and oversee Ennenbach's former responsibilities until further notice. Dornbracht has not provided details on plans for a long-term replacement.
This marks the second major management change at Dornbracht in just over a year, following the departure of former CEO Stefan Gesing in July 2024. The company, which recently celebrated its 75th anniversary, continues to focus on strengthening its brand positioning and operational development while navigating leadership transitions.
Industry observers note that Schmitt's leadership could bring greater continuity as the company adapts to evolving market demands and consumer expectations.
