Belysse Group NV, listed on Euronext Brussels, received a transparency notification on August 19, 2025, confirming that investor Joris Ide has built up a stake of more than 5 percent in the company.

The notification reveals that Ide surpassed the legal threshold of 5 percent of voting rights on August 12. His participation now amounts to 5.56 percent, equivalent to 2 million voting rights. The notification indicates that the transaction involved the acquisition of voting securities, and no additional financial instruments have been reported.

Belysse was established a few years ago following the spin-off from Balta and specializes in sustainable textile flooring for residential and commercial applications. The products are mainly sold in North America and Europe under the premium brands Bentley (USA), Modulyss, arc edition, and ITC (Europe).
The company, headquartered in Waregem, employs approximately 1,000 people and has three production facilities in Tielt, Zele, and Los Angeles. In 2024, the group achieved a turnover of 280 million euros.
