On the northern Greek island of Evia, Ktima Aidipsos winery has been designed by Fotis Zapantiotis Architects to harmonise with its natural surroundings. The structure is embedded into the landscape to "minimise its visual impact" while creating optimal conditions for wine maturation, blending architecture, nature, and tradition.
