Danish homewares retailer Søstrene Grene has announced the official opening date for its new store in Kent. The branch, located at Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre in Maidstone, will open on Friday 29 August 2025.

The store, which occupies a former Laura Ashley unit, will offer a wide range of Scandinavian-inspired furniture, lifestyle products and accessories. To mark the launch, the first 100 customers will receive a voucher for a rug valued at over £60, while early arrivals will also be gifted a canvas tote bag filled with Søstrene Grene products.
The opening follows the retailer's recent debut at Jubilee Place Mall in Canary Wharf, London. Søstrene Grene now operates more than 350 stores worldwide, including over 50 across the UK.
