LD Seating has officially opened its London showroom at 3 Clerkenwell Road, positioning the brand at the heart of one of the world's leading design hubs. The space first welcomed visitors during this year's Clerkenwell Design Week and will follow regular opening hours from September.

Known for hosting more architects and creative businesses per square mile than anywhere else in the world, Clerkenwell provides an ideal setting for LD Seating to engage with the UK design community. The three-storey showroom showcases a curated selection of seating from series such as Flexi Lounge, Nido, Lotus, Trivi, Melody Meeting and Riva, with all products provided by LD Seating and the range rotating as new collections are introduced.
The showroom was designed by Czech architecture studio CHYBIK + KRISTOF and occupies a Victorian-era building by Thomas Chatfield Clarke. Its design draws on the site's industrial heritage, featuring exposed steel columns, a sculptural spiral staircase, and flowing surfaces that connect the space visually and structurally.
Spanning 195 square metres across three levels, the ground floor is dedicated to product display, the basement serves as an extended exhibition and co-working area, and the top floor houses a meeting room with kitchenette. While the space is shared with other interior design brands, LD Seating is the main partner and sole seating provider.

In the coming months, the showroom will host LD Seating-led events and discussions with UK architects and partners. In 2026, the space will also debut two new collections developed in collaboration with leading Italian and Czech designers.
