Danish design brand New Works has expanded its acclaimed Bukowski Chair Series with two new additions: the Fully Upholstered Chair and the Lounge Chair. Both designs build on the series' signature sculptural silhouette while introducing enhanced comfort and a relaxed aesthetic for contemporary interiors.

'The first introduces a padded backrest, adding comfort and depth; the latter lowers the seat and softens the form, offering a more relaxed expression, both preserving the series' original silhouette and sculptural balance,' New Works noted.
The Bukowski Chair Fully Upholstered offers a cushioned backrest that provides additional support without compromising the series' refined lines, while the Bukowski Lounge Chair reinterprets the design for a laid-back seating experience, lowering the seat and softening the form to create an inviting and elegant posture. Both designs are intended to complement the original Bukowski Chair, ensuring cohesion across living and commercial spaces.
The new extensions to the series are priced from 8,995 DKK / 12,995 SEK / 12,995 NOK / 1,189 EUR / 1,609 USD, reflecting New Works' commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and contemporary Scandinavian design.
