Sofacompany is set to open its second store in Amsterdam and tenth in the Benelux region, reinforcing its presence in the market. The new location, situated in a historic building at Bilderdijkstraat 66II in the Oud West neighbourhood, offers 240 m² of retail space.

The store will showcase "inspiring Danish design" in a setting designed to reflect the brand's welcoming atmosphere. According to the company, the choice of location in the lively and popular district is intended to align with Sofacompany's concept and customer experience strategy.
Led by Klaas Hogeweg, Head of Retail Benelux, the Amsterdam opening marks another step in the retailer's regional expansion. The official launch will take place on 20 September, with opening hours from 10:00 to 18:00.
The new site is expected to serve as both a retail destination and a brand showcase, highlighting Sofacompany's focus on craftsmanship, quality, and contemporary Scandinavian style. The expansion underlines the company's confidence in physical retail despite changing shopping habits, while also reflecting a growing demand for premium home furnishings in urban markets.
