Registration is now open for the Workspace Design Show, the European workplace design event, taking place on 5 and 6 November 2025 at RAI Amsterdam. This year's theme, Activate the Senses invites visitors to experience the power of sensory design and how it affects how we feel, concentrate and function in the workplace.

More than 5,000 architects, interior designers, workplace strategists and professionals in commercial interiors come together to discover ideas, products and solutions that are reshaping the future of workplaces.
With more than 170 top brands, over 120 speakers and five immersive experience spaces, the 2025 edition offers everything from tactile materials and biophilic installations to smell, sound and light environments that respond to the senses. Visitors will discover how design not only looks beautiful, but can also feel, sound and smell better.

The 2025 programme includes more than 35 panel discussions with voices from Oma, Mvrdv, UNStudio, Mecanoo, Gensler, Amazon, Booking.com, Adidas, Abn Amro, Sanofi, Aecom, Casper Schwarz and many others. On three special stages, visitors will get exclusive insight into how different topics converge in the ever-changing built environment.
Visitors can get hands-on with the latest workplace solutions in furniture, lighting, acoustics, biophilia, materials and technology from top brands such as Vitra, Vepa, Pedrali, Artifort, Interstuhl, Sedus, Interface, Tarkett, Kettal, König + Neurath and Humanscale.

This year's edition also includes five specially created sensory spaces by firms such as UNStudio, Mecanoo, M Moser Associatesand Casper Schwarz Architects, as well as the moodboard competition organised by the Biophilic Design Academy. In addition, the globally renowned Frame Awards will take place live during the event, a celebration of excellence and innovation in interior design from around the world.
From interactive installations to inspiring presentations, the 2025 edition of the Workspace Design Show aims to show how interior design can excite our senses and completely transform the way we work, collaborate and connect.
