Danish lifestyle retailer Søstrene Grene is set to open its seventh Scottish store at Stirling's Thistles Centre, continuing its UK expansion strategy. The store, located in the Ochilview Mall, will follow the brand's "Retail of the Senses" concept, offering a calming and immersive experience through ambient lighting, classical music, and a maze-like layout.

Founded in Denmark, Søstrene Grene operates over 340 stores globally and is gaining traction in the UK for its Scandinavian-style homeware, crafts, furniture, seasonal items, and children's products.
Group CEO Mikkel Grene said the opening in Stirling is part of their mission to become "a well-known and well-loved brand household name across the country". UK Partner Norma Jacob added that the expansion into Stirling reflects the brand's goal of providing "a sense of calm and discovery", while fellow UK Partner Richard Power noted the strong customer response and sees the new store as "the perfect next step".
Thistles Centre Director Gary Turnbull welcomed the announcement, calling it "an exciting addition" that reinforces the centre's commitment to bringing sought-after retailers to Stirling.
An official opening date will be confirmed soon, as the brand continues to strengthen its presence across Scotland.
