Premium furniture brand La Maison Contemporaine has opened a new 800 m² store in Épagny (Haute-Savoie), aiming to become a regional reference point in contemporary home design. The opening, led by seasoned furniture expert Olivier Chartres, marks a major milestone for Maxiam Group's upmarket banner.

Located at 442 Avenue du Centre in the Épagny-Metz-Tessy commercial zone, the store offers a curated selection of sofas, furniture, chairs, convertibles, and decorative items. Chartres, with over 30 years in the industry, praised the brand's 'entrepreneurial freedom" and close-knit values, stating he is "proud to join La Maison Contemporaine today'.
He is supported by Béatrice, described as a "furniture expert", and Sophie, an interior designer and store manager focused on personalised layouts. The store plans full digital integration, including 3D design tools and management software, while maintaining a strong environmental focus with products sourced from across Europe.
With upcoming appearances at the La Roche-sur-Foron and Chambéry fairs, the brand seeks to enhance its regional visibility. Maxiam's management underlined its ambition to become a "benchmark address" by combining quality, personalisation, service, and social responsibility.
