'Slowing down, because we can, to reconnect with the place that welcomes us and feel the time that passes through it. Waiting, to notice that unexpected detail. To savour the encounters that await us,' says S-CAB in its latest brand statement.
In a world saturated with speed and digital distraction, So Quiet celebrates intentional pauses, and the design of spaces that encourage them. Set against the calming backdrop of a lakeside villa, S-CAB's latest collections are curated to reflect this ethos, whether used indoors or in open-air settings.
Central to the concept is the Brezza collection, designed by Alessandro Stabile, which features a sofa, lounge armchair, and coffee table designed to capture the comfort of 'a suspended moment.'
Also showcased is the Flap collection by Meneghello Paolelli, a modular system including a chaise longue, armchair and pouf, along with the Hyppo coffee tables. Together, these pieces offer both elegance and flexibility, allowing users to tailor their environment to moments of solitude or shared ease.
Complementing the narrative of stillness are the Malvasia chairs by Francesca Lanzavecchia, Mentha seating by Archirivolto Design, the sculptural Atomo tables by Spalvieri & Del Ciotto, and the striking Mimosa vases by Ionna Vautrin. Each piece is conceived to help individuals 'rediscover a personal form of freedom: the one given by the present.'
S-CAB's use of tactile materials, refined silhouettes, and serene palettes further amplifies its call to a slow design culture, one that values everyday rituals, sensory detail, and emotional connection to space.
'Not because tomorrow doesn't matter, or the past isn't of value, but because savouring the moment gives us a new perspective, a fresh look at things, at relationships, at a rediscovered sense of beauty,' the company notes.
So Quiet is more than a design theme; it is a philosophy. S-CAB invites Europe's design-forward audiences to explore life at a gentler pace, one beautiful object at a time.
