Meble Polska 2026 sees new record as 80% of exhibition space already booked

Preparations are well underway for Meble Polska 2026, Europe's leading furniture trade fair, set to return to Poznań from 24–27 February 2026. With more than eight months to go, 80% of the exhibition space is already booked, underscoring the fair's continued importance as a key meeting point for the global furniture industry.

Interest in participation has surged, with 125 companies, many of which had the largest stands in the 2025 edition, already confirming their return. In total, the space currently reserved already equals 71% of last year's exhibition area. This strong early uptake confirms Meble Polska's enduring appeal, particularly among Poland's leading furniture manufacturers.

'We are glad to see such a positive balance,' said Józef Szyszka, Director of the Meble Polska Fair. 'In addition, some companies intend to expand their stands. If the trend continues, the exhibition of the fair in February 2026 may again be larger than the previous one. We are prepared for such a situation. We have additional exhibition space at our disposal, which we can use for the needs of Meble Polska exhibitors.'

Due to the overwhelming interest, Szyszka urged companies to register early: 'We encourage all willing companies to apply for participation as early as possible.'

Meble Polska has long held the distinction of being the world's largest showcase of the Polish furniture industry. Beyond its impressive scale, the fair serves as a vital hub for launching new collections and building international business partnerships. The 2025 edition welcomed 378 exhibitors from 17 countries and drew 16,512 attendees, up 15% from the previous year. Importantly, 58% of these visitors were international buyers representing 71 countries, reinforcing the fair's global reputation.

As European interior and retail sectors look for new growth avenues amid a changing economic climate, MEBLE POLSKA remains a reliable and dynamic platform for trendsetting and deal-making.
