Footballer Rick Karsdorp, who is expected to leave for Turkish football club Kocaelispor, has put his city villa in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) up for sale. The property, which he bought at the end of December 2024 for €1,387,500, is now on sale for €1,749,000. If sold at the asking price, Rick would realise a profit of 361,500 euros.

'The location by a park and the space make this house unique,' says Rick. The driveway can accommodate three cars, making parking no problem.
Although the cottage is located in Eindhoven, its luxury and appearance is reminiscent of properties in Amsterdam-Zuid. The reason for the quick sale is presumably his upcoming transfer to Turkey.
