Luxury homeware and furniture brand OKA is set to open a new concession in Newcastle this August, continuing its northern expansion following the launch of its Redbrick store in March. The new space will be located within Fenwick's prestigious furniture floor, showcasing OKA's signature range of furniture, homeware, lighting, and textiles.

Mark Saunders, CEO of OKA, emphasised the importance of physical retail in the interiors sector, noting that 'most customers investing in a larger piece want to see and feel it for themselves'. He added that the company is focused on growing in key UK interiors markets where it sees "real opportunity".
Fenwick's Concessions Director, Stephen Ayres, welcomed the collaboration, describing OKA as an "exciting addition" that enhances Fenwick's premium home and lifestyle offering. He praised OKA's "timeless British design and distinctive style" as a strong fit for Fenwick's discerning customer base.
The move signals OKA's commitment to strengthening its bricks-and-mortar presence while catering to more considered buying habits in the home interiors market.
