A long-standing name in luxury lighting and home furnishings, has announced it will cease operations after more than 40 years in business. The company, known for its designer lighting, furniture, and décor, has enlisted GA Group to oversee the full liquidation of over $46 million in inventory.

Elk Home was founded in 1983, Elk Home became a staple in the North American home furnishings market, offering a wide range of products including modern dining sets, accent tables, consoles, bookcases, desks, storage units, stools, benches, and select outdoor pieces.
The liquidation covers factory-fresh stock housed in Elk Home's expansive 950,000 sq. ft. Georgia distribution centre. Seth Marks, Senior Vice President of GA Group, described the sale as "an exceptional opportunity" for retailers and designers, especially amid ongoing tariff challenges. He added that buyers could "purchase directly from the liquidation process, below manufacturers' costs".
